PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocking fulcrum member having a cross spring fulcrum, lowering the cost, reducing variation in spring characteristic, and facilitating assembling. SOLUTION: This rocking support member is formed of a continuous body by molding a first plate-like elastic part 10A and a second plate-like elastic part 10b which form a cross spring 11, and both end extended parts of the first plate-like elastic part 10A and the second plate-like elastic part 10b from one-sheet plate like elastic body 50.
