PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a termination circuit that can suppress overshoot and undershoot, incorporate all circuit elements into an integrated circuit, and has a small amount of power consumption, in the terminating circuit in the input signal terminal of a high-speed digital signal. SOLUTION: The terminating circuit comprises a first invertor circuit for detecting the transition of a signal, and a second invertor circuit for feeding back output to the input signal terminal, thus suppressing overshooting and undershooting. The invertor circuit comprises a complementary circuit, thus preventing short-circuiting currents and making it a low power consumption current. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
