PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such an easily operable micro fluid device that, by having the exchange of microchips which supply a raw liquid at a flow level of several tens [ml/min] as a core, carries out a series of actions from the supply of the raw liquid to a microchip up to obtaining a container receiving a processed liquid and being closed with a plug, fully automatically. SOLUTION: In the micro fluid device, an unused container is carried to a liquid injection part by a container carrying mechanism, the unused container is placed on a microchip holding table by a microchip exchange mechanism, a pump is selected and operated according to preset data and a desired solution is supplied to the microchip, the container receiving the processed liquid is sealed with the plug by a container plugging mechanism, the sealed container is carried to a taking-out opening by a product providing mechanism, and the used microchip is detached from the microchip holing table by the microchip exchange mechanism to be carried to a used microchip stocker.
