PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for subjecting at least three different starting substances existing in three different phases to a catalytic multi-phase reaction in a tubular reactor. SOLUTION: This catalytic multi-phase reaction method is characterized by performing the method in at least one tubular reactor, containing a catalyst in a continuous phase, containing at least one of the starting substances in the continuous phase, containing at least two of the starting substances in the continuous phase in a dispersed state, and controlling the load factor B of the tubular reactor to≥0.2.
