A device for measuring the parameters of a head contains a split ring with a lock and a swing joint, wherein openings for coordinate sensors, movable coordinate sensors with retainer screws and contact elements are placed with a preset angular step; supporting movable horizontal graduated coordinate sensors with contact elements. It is supplemented with a vertical supporting graduated sensor and a mechanism of varying the position of a measuring ring relative the horizontal line which consists of a fixing arch and a device for measuring an inclination angle of the measuring ring.
