PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety of authentication operation of an agent when an authenticator for carrying out authentication is lost or stolen. SOLUTION: An oasis node 14 composed of a program and data, and connected by a data communication network to an information processor 12 capable of holding the agent which can be moved by using the data communication network is provided with a communication I/F part 48 receiving inherent information for specifying authentication sent from the information processor, an authenticator issuing part 40 generating the authenticator and an authenticator agent storing the authenticator, and a shadow agent generating/distributing part 42 generating a shadow agent storing the inherent information. When there is an authentication request of the authenticator agent moved to the information processor 12, the oasis node 14 receives the authenticator agent storing inherent information as additional information, and it determines propriety of continuing an authentication process on the basis of a comparison result between the inherent information in the authenticator agent and the inherent information in the shadow agent.
