PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control universal head device good in maintainability. SOLUTION: The remote control universal head device 80 is equipped with a universal head main body 26 supporting a television camera device 40, and a universal head controller 18 for remote controlling the device 40 and the main body 26.
