PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flooring floor and a flooring material, capable of passing the light, and realizing high airtightness and high heat insulation. SOLUTION: This floor is composed of a light transmissive synthetic resin grating floor joist installed so as to be capable of arranging the flooring material and to be positioned between beams, and a large number of light transmissive synthetic resin wooden floor type flooring materials arranged on an upper surface of this grating floor joist.
