<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user services and efficiently use facilities by effectively using weather forecast information. <P>SOLUTION: A facility reservation management apparatus 1 receives reservation request for facility use from a user terminal 3 and registers reservation into a storage part of the facility reservation management apparatus. Then, the reservation is notified to the user who requested reservation of the facility through e-mail. In addition, the facility reservation management apparatus 1 confirms whether or not the user will use it before about one week from the reserved use day. Subsequently, on the preceding day of use day, the facility reservation management apparatus acquires weather forecast information from a weather forecast server 4. If values, such as rainfall, exceed specified thresholds, a previous notice that cannot be reserved is notified to the user who reserved the facility, or if not exceed, notification for reservation confirmation is transmitted to the user.
