A rubber bearing links a section of automotive body to another part of the vehicle structure, which are maintained at a given distance apart by a spring damper and a plate washer on a bolt (11). One end of the bolt or the inner bush (6) has a limiting washer (9,10). The bolt has a threaded section (21,22) on which the limiting washer is fitted. The required gap (15,18) is maintained by spacer nuts (23,24,27).
