<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a coil detection speed on a sensing table, and to eliminate an influence of speed-down caused by increasing coils. <P>SOLUTION: This sensing table controller for detecting a position of a pack device mounted with the coils and moved on a sensing table, and for detecting moving loci of the coils based on the detected position is provided with a coil information acquiring part mounted on the pack device to acquire coil information, a coil detecting part for detecting the coils positioned on the sensing table, based on the coil information acquired by the coil information acquiring part, and a detection frequency control part for updating detection frequency information of the detected coils and the the coils not detected, based on a detection result by the coil detecting part, and for outputting information for indicating a frequency of the coil that is a detection object to the sensing table, according to a priority order based on the updated detection frequency information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
