PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase interpolation precision of flow speed interpolation on a virtual boundary point for solving instability in calculation. SOLUTION: In this flow analysis device, a predetermined orthogonal grid is created in a previously set space (S101), virtual boundary points of a previously set object are created in this space (S102), and as to each of the whole of the virtual boundary points, external force on each of the virtual boundary points is computed by performing computing and interpolation from a flow rate on each of the respective orthogonal grid points inside a previously set first range by a movement least square method having a previously set first weight (S104). Based on the interpolated flow rate, external force on each of the virtual boundary points is computed for all the virtual boundary points (S105). As to each of the respective orthogonal grid points, external force on each of the orthogonal grid points is extrapolated with a previously set second weight from the external force on each of the virtual boundary points within the previously set second range (S106).
