PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubbish throw-in device allowing the person in working to cast in the rubbish efficiently to buckets upon moving the buckets efficiently even when the arrangement is such that the buckets are incorporated in the device in a single piece construction and suppressing the installation space using a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The buckets are installed on the left and right in such a way as capable of rising and falling between the accommodation position located below for accommodating the rubbish and the throw-in position located above where the rubbish is thrown into a storage tank 6 through a throw-in part 61 provided in the storage tank 6, wherein the two buckets 2 are arranged alternately in the accommodation position and the throw-in position by a driving means 4. The buckets 2 are configured so that the rubbish contained inside is thrown into the storage tank 6 by opening the discharge hole formed in the bottom in the throw-in position, and that the rubbish contained inside is thrown into the storage tank from the opening in the top surface by the inverting motion in the throw-in position.
