The endoprosthesis of the joint comprises the movably attached elements and the body for pressure distribution located between these elements. The body for pressure distribution represents the elastic envelope made of the durable material and filled with the liquid. The external surface of the elastic envelope contacting with the articular elements is equipped with numerous eyelets.
