<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a fuel cell separator with excellent moldability and electrical characteristics and to provide a manufacturing method for the fuel cell separator prepared by molding this which has excellent dimensional accuracy and little bent. <P>SOLUTION: This resin composition for the fuel cell separator is a thermosetting resin composition containing a thermosetting resin and a conductive carbon base material as essential ingredients.
