PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat heater for preventing a planar heater using a thermoplastic synthetic resin from being deformed in a sea-weed form and for easily controlling a heating value. SOLUTION: A planar heater 1 composed of extrusion-molded heater parts 2 by being mainly formed of thermoplastic resin and being added with fine powder made of semiconductor material thereto; and a pair of electrode wires 3 disposed along with both edges of the heater parts 2.
