PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure of a carrier capable of enhancing the getting-on/getting-off property of a driver by realizing a low driving platform. SOLUTION: An upper face 1b of a side frame 1 and an upper face 40d of a rear frame 40 are arranged in a substantially flush manner, and form a loading face to load a cargo bed 23 thereon. A lower face 40c of a rear portion 40b of the rear frame 40 is arranged above a lower face 1a of the side frame 1 to form a mounting face to mount a rear axle 22. In addition, the rear frame 40 is formed in a U-shape in plan view consisting of the rear portion 40b provided in the right-to-left direction and a pair of front portions provided parallel to each other forwardly from both ends of the rear portion 40b.
