PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach/detach a pot in a rotary cooking pot device, to stabilize the rotation of the pot without shaking of the rotation axis, to change and maintain the angle of inclination of the pot while maintaining the rotation of the pot around the center line of the pot, to cook with various heat sources set at desired positions and with the pot set at an arbitrary angle, to heat a desired region of the pot, and to easily maintain the smooth rotation of the pot. SOLUTION: A pair of left and right holder members with through holes are planted upward from a body of the device with a heating means. An inclined shaft in a support member is inserted into each through hole so that the support member is rotatably held. The support member has a rotary body, and a bearing member with an engaging means is rotatably set in the rotary body. The bearing member is located upper sideways of the pot to support the pot. A driving means stored in an upper part on the side of the body is connected to the support member, and a transmission member of a driving means is engaged with the engaging member of the bearing member.
