A receptacle to facilitate the collection of refuse suitable for recycling. The receptacle comprises a modular frame assembly and a plurality of outer panels attachable to an assembled frame to define therein at least one internal chamber. A number of rigid refuse containers may be received in the chamber to be removable therefrom and concealed by the outer panels. At least one of the outer panels has an aperture therein to enable refuse to be deposited into a refuse container located in the internal chamber through the aperture. |
