<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure transmission priority at an access point with respect to a packet communication equipment and a communication control method in a radio LAN or the like. SOLUTION: This packet communication equipment 1 at an access point making packet radio communication by the CSMA/CA system with a plurality of stations via the access point is provided with a buffer memory 2 storing tentatively packets, a packet number monitor section 3 monitoring number of stored packets, a decision processing section 4 deciding an update instruction of a contention window(CW) or a transmission permission based on the result of monitor of number of stored packets, and a control section 5 conducting transmission control of the transmission permission or the update instruction of the CW so as to conduct transmission control of the transmission permission or the update instruction of the CW thereby ensuring the access priority of the access point.</p> |
