DEVICE FOR CLEANING A HOLLOW CONTAINER

The invention relates to a device for cleaning a hollow container (6), which
consists of a narrow neck at the top and a radially expanded hollow cavity at
the lower part thereof, comprising a handle (1) and a cleaning head (2) which
is introducible through the narrow neck of said hollow container (6), provided
with a cleaning material and is arrangeable inside the container. In order to
obtain a cleaning head better matching the container contours and producing an
improved cleaning effect, the inventive cleaning head (2) comprises an
extending in the inserting direction loop (3) which is substantially stiff,
made of a plastic material, coated with a cleaning material and which, when it
is emerged towards the container (6) bottom, is outwardly deformable, thereby
applying to the container (6) walls and matching the contours thereof. Said
cleaning material is usefully made from textile fibres for actively scrubbing
or drying the walls.
