The primary lamps may be incandescent lamps or LED's. There is a secondary lamp (20) between each two primary lamps. Each secondary lamp has two conductors with a high resistance fuse wire (24) between them. There is a first fixed conductor (23) which may contact a second flexible conductor (22) which may bend away from the first conductor when heated. A low resistance tungsten filament (21) is connected to the flexible conductor. It heats the flexible conductor and makes it bend away from the first conductor.
