<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variations in resistance by suppressing sintering by the contact of noble metal particles for controlling to a desired resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The resistor paste contains an inorganic component. The resistor paste contains a noble metal particle as the inorganic component. A particle containing noble metals is the particle of the alloy of noble metals and easily oxidizable metals, or a particle in which the surface of the noble metal particle is covered with the easily oxidizable metal. The former has an average particle diameter of 10μm or smaller. The noble metal at least one selected from Ag, Au, Pt, Pd, Ru, Rh, and Ir.
