PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb relative displacement by a simple structure in a fastening part fastening parts generating relative displacement due to difference of linear expansion between fastened members by a fastener and a method for fastening the same. SOLUTION: The fastening part 11 is provided with a collar member 19 regulating movement of a tapping screw 13 in a fastening direction and an elongated hole 15 having the collar member 19 stored therein movably in a direction for absorbing the relative displacement. The collar member 19 breakably formed with a circumference wall 15a as one piece to project from the circumference wall 15a forming the elongated hole 15 in a side view is broken from the circumference wall 15a by pressing force when the tapping screw 13 is fastened to a core 5.
