<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element and a photoelectric conversion module having light-reducing action and high visibility, and having a high photoelectric conversion characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: This photoelectric conversion element is so structured that electric resistance of a first collector 9 is lower than that of an electrode 4; electric resistance of a second collector 10 is lower than that of an opposite electrode 6; the first collector 9 and the second collector 10 are each provided with an opening capable of transmitting light; when light having a wavelength of 550 nm is entered into one surface of the photoelectric conversion element 1 from a direction perpendicular to a semiconductor layer 5, transmittance T1 of light passing through the inside of a sealing part 11 and transmitted to the outside of the photoelectric conversion element 1 to incident light is 0.1-40%, and transmittance T2 of light passing through the inside of the semiconductor layer 5 and transmitted to the outside of the photoelectric conversion element 1 to incident light is 0.1-40%; and the ratio T1/T2 of the transmittance T1 to the transmittance T2 is 0.05-20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
