<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To noninvasively measure a blood sugar level based on a measured temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The subject blood sugar level measuring device comprises a calorie measuring part for obtaining information used for calculating the quantity of heat transfer by convection and the quantity of heat transfer by radiation related to the heat radiation from the surface of a human body by measuring a plurality of temperatures deriving from the body surface, an oxygen measuring part for obtaining information on the quantity of oxygen in blood, a storage part for storing the relation between a parameter corresponding to the plurality of temperatures and the quantity of oxygen in blood and the blood sugar level, and a calculation part for respectively converting a plurality of measured values inputted from the calorie measuring part and the oxygen quantity measuring part to the parameter and calculating the blood sugar level by adapting the parameter to the relation stored in the storage part.
