PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve tire uniformity by evacuating an air bank produced between inner liner rubber and another tire member overlapping it and improving the adhesion of both. SOLUTION: In the first stage of tire molding by a two-stage molding method, the air bank j produced between the inner liner rubber A1 and another tire member A2 overlapping it is evacuated by decompression from a precking hole 8 formed in the inner liner rubber A1 through a decompression hole 7 which is formed in a first molding drum 2 and penetrates it from its peripheral surface S to the back.
