<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and efficiently transmit, to a customer portable communication terminal which has transmitted location information, store information related to the location information and information to be transmitted from the store. <P>SOLUTION: This store information providing system 1 is configured by connecting a center server 2 through the Internet 3 to a communication terminal 4 for store to be operated by a store side and a customer portable communication terminal 5 to be operated by a customer to provide the store information to the customer portable communication terminal 5. The center server 2 includes at least a storage means 8 for storing store data 12 including address data 15 of the store, a retrieving means 9 for retrieving the store data 12, and a transmitting/receiving means 7. When location information 34 is transmitted from the customer portable communication terminal 5, the center server 2 retrieves the store data 12 on the basis of location information 34, and extracts the store related with the location information 34, and provides the information related with the customer portable communication terminal 5 to the communication terminal 4 for store of the extracted store, and provides store information 37 from the communication terminal 4 for store to the customer portable communication terminal 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
