<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily cope with the detection axes of various directions without changing the oscillation mode of the oscillator regarding the constitution for mounting an oscillator corresponding to prescribed detection axis on the mounting surface of a substrate for package. <P>SOLUTION: The support structure includes the substrate 31 for package; the support substrate 3 fixed on the mounting surface 31a of the substrate 31 for package; and the oscillator 1 corresponding to the prescribed detection axis Z.
