PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of setting authority of processing to a user interface component in association with the user interface component constituting a screen (a user interface) of an application. SOLUTION: This information processor has: a storage part 1 associating and storing UI component information that is information about the UI (user interface) component and authority information that is information about the authority of the processing to the UI component; a screen configuration part 5 configuring the screen on the basis of the UI component information; an output part 6 outputting the screen configured by the screen configuration part 5; an input reception part 2 receiving input to the UI component; a decision part 3 deciding whether the processing to the UI component received with the input by the input reception part 2 can be executed or not, on the basis of the authority information; and an execution part 4 executing the processing to the UI component received with the input by the input reception part 2 according to a decision result by the decision part 3.
