PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that an existing blind needs to have a less tilt of a slat for seeing through the outside or taking in more natural light while it is necessary to have a greater tilt of the slat for shutting off a direct sunlight or blocking the direct sunlight coming into a room, for which the tilt of the slat has to be adjusted according to the height of the direct sunlight, an effect of reducing cooling load is not expected too much because the direct sunlight absorbed in the slat, becoming heat rays, comes into the room even the direct sunlight is shut off, and that, being composed of many slats, it is easy to catch dusts and hard to clean. SOLUTION: The sheet-like blind, formed by connecting a plurality of minute rectangular prisms in vertical direction, reflects the direct sunlight back to the outside of the room utilizing total reflection and surface reflection, so that shading and blindfolding functions are achieved while the cooling load is reduced.
