<p>There is provided a food dough rolling apparatus which has a relatively long transfer path for rolling a food dough although the apparatus is compact and the inside of which can be easily cleaned, maintained, and managed. The apparatus comprises an extension roller group device having a plurality of extension rollers (33) for extending a food dough arranged endlessly and rotatably on an upper frame (5) which is provided over a lower frame (3) having food dough transfer means for transferring the food dough in one direction. The upper frame (5) is vertically movable with respect to the lower frame (3), so that the extension roller group device can be moved far away from the dough transfer means so as to clean the dough transfer means and so forth.</p> |
