PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low partition mounting a baseboard to the lower end of a glass panel and capable of easily mounting the baseboard so as not to separate. SOLUTION: A recess section 18 is provided to the lower side of a lower sash bar 3 forming a frame body of the glass panel 1 and, at the same time, fitting pieces 19 and 19 are horizontally extended from the inside of the recess section 18. A baseboard mounting member 9 is mounted to the lower sash bar 3 by fitting the fitting pieces 19 and 19 to the recess section 18. Upper engaging sections 13 and 13 formed in the front end of an upper arm of the baseboard mounting member 9 and lower engaging sections 16 and 16 formed in the front end of a lower arm are engaged with upper and lower engaging grooves 20 and 21 of baseboards 7 and 7 to mount the baseboards 7.
