<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration measurement method that has appropriate sensitivity and response speed even when measuring the concentration of a small amount of a mixture solution, and can be miniaturized easily. <P>SOLUTION: The mixture solution is heated by a heating means and is boiled on the surface of the heating means. The surface temperature of the heating means is measured, and the resistance of the heating means is obtained.
