PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to form an intermediate unit with the least trouble. SOLUTION: An antenna unit A is interposed in a cord 12 one end of which is provided with a plug and the other end of which is provided with an earphone, and the antenna unit A is structured such that parts of conductors 12B of the cord 12 of the antenna unit A are soldered to land parts 21A of a board 21 and the other parts of the conductors 12B pass through the rear side of the board 21, and the board 21 and the cord 12 are integrated by a resin-made casing AC.
