PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cover from being easily disassembled while the cover is assembled in a relatively easy manner in a cover supporting structure of a light vehicle in which the cover to cover a part of a power unit is supported by the power unit or a supporting member at a plurality of supporting parts. SOLUTION: A cover 30 is elastically supported by a bolt 33 to be screwed with a power unit P in at least one supporting part S1 out of a plurality of supporting parts S1-S3, supporting projecting parts 30c and 30e projecting from one of the cover 30, the power unit P or a supporting member 32 are elastically fitted in an elastic member mounted on the other, in the remaining supporting parts S2 and S3 except the supporting part S1, and a locking means 45 to maintain the elastic fit-in state of the supporting projecting part 30c in the elastic member is provided between the supporting projecting part 30c and the elastic member in at least one supporting part S2 out of the remaining supporting parts S2 and S3.
