PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional excitation massager to be automatically excited with the resonant frequency of an objective region of massage by detecting the mechanical impedance of the objective region of massage and positively feeding back to a vibrator to efficiently massage the objective region of massage, wherein it is difficult to be adapted to the time and positional variation of the mechanical impedance of the objective region of massage and there is a restriction by a method for attaching a sensor. SOLUTION: The subject vibration massager has a cavity in a part abutting to the objective region of massage, and detects the mechanical impedance of the objective region of massage by detecting the variation of pressure inside the cavity by a pressure detecting element. The massager is excited to automatically vibrate with the resonance frequency of the objective region of massage by positively feeding back the detected mechanical impedance to a vibration part of the massager.
