<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide candies substantially suppressing energy more than hard candies using saccharose or millet jelly. <P>SOLUTION: The candies contain erythritol and glycoside. The glycoside is selected from the group consisting of cucurbitane-type triterpene glycoside, labdane-type diterpene glycoside, steroid glycoside, cycloartane-type triterpene glycoside, and their glycosylated glycosides.
