PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear driving device provided with a shock resisting mechanism, wherein breakage of a moving member is prevented even under external impact or the like. SOLUTION: Protruding portions 31a are formed between a movable plate 30 and a lower yoke 12 on the left and right sides of the movable plate 30. The protruding portions 31a are protruded upward from the movable plate 30 so that the protruding portions 31a are not brought into contact with the lower yoke 12 and positioned above the inner surface 14c of a driving coil 14. Thus, even if impact is externally applied and the driving coil 14 is thrown up, the inner surface 14c of the driving coil 14 is prevented from colliding with the lower yoke 12. As a result, breakage of the driving coil 14 due to collision and a break of a wire and the like due to the breakage are prevented, and the driving coil 14 is protected from external impact and the like.
