PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device capable of surely pressing a shell having uneven cross-section by a clamping means in cutting the shell by a cutter, as it is necessary to cut the shell to perform the disposal of abandoned chemical shell remaining in China on the basis of Chemical Weapons Convention. SOLUTION: A device main body 33 having a shell accommodating part 35 corresponding to an outer-diameter shape of the shell inside, is constituted by a halved structure, and a clamp part 40 capable of receiving a clamp of the cutter is formed at an outer side. A plurality of lead-in parts 37 for inserting and drawing out a cutting blade of the cutter are formed on an outer side face, and their depth are determined to cut at least the shell accommodated in the shell accommodating part 35. The shell is accommodated in the shell accommodating part 35, and the device main body 33 are fed to the cutter in such a state that the clamp of the cutter is engaged with the clamp part 40.
