The present invention is directed to an array speaker apparatus with projection screen adapted so that sound image localization of sound of the center channel is located at the center of the projection screen, which comprises an array speaker body (31) constituted by plural speaker units (33), and a projection screen (20) for displaying a projected image. The respective plural speaker units (33) are loaded into individual cabinets (41). Those speaker units are loaded so that the speaker units (33) are located at the inside of the cabinets relative to plane surfaces (41a) of sound wave radiation side of the cabinets. The array speaker body (31) is caused to be of the configuration in which plural cabinets are one-dimensionally or two-dimensionally arranged so that plane surfaces (41a) of the sound wave radiation side flush with each other. The projection screen is attached to the sound wave radiation surface side of the array speaker in the state in contact with plane surfaces of the sound wave radiation side of the plural cabinets, or close thereto. <IMAGE>
