The feeder has a drain line (11) that is led horizontally from a container. A supply line is introduced in the container and a flexible tubing seal (4) is attached to a discharge nozzle (3). A tubular dipped siphon is connected to the flexible tubing seal. A funnel is provided on an inlet side of the dipped siphon and the flexible tubing seal of the siphon that is vertically buoying upwards is provided on opposite side.
