<p>An apparatus (10, 50, 104, 250, 304) is disclosed for supporting a heart valve (102, 270, 302) at an annulus of an implantation site. The apparatus (10, 50, 104, 250, 304) includes a base portion (12, 62, 108, 252, 328) operative to maintain a circumferential dimension thereof. A plurality of fingers (18, 20, 110, 112, 254, 264, 330, 332) extend axially and radially outwardly from at least the first end of the support apparatus (10, 50, 104, 250, 304). A heart valve (102, 270, 302) can be located within the apparatus (10, 50, 104, 250, 304) to provide a prosthesis that can be suturelessly implanted at an annulus of a patient.</p> |
