<p>A sun-block cosmetic comprising specified hydrophobicized zinc oxide powder (a), decamethylcyclopentasiloxane (b) and C6-C12 alkyltrimethicone. Thus, there is provided a sun-block cosmetic wherein hydrophobicized powder capable of exerting striking effects of low oil absorption and small apparent specific volume, as an ultraviolet scatterer, is stably blended in a sun-block cosmetic, thereby strikingly enhancing cleaning easiness after application.</p> |
