A reducing water is produced by resolving hydrogen gas cooled to -180°C to 60°C into water cooled to 0°C to 50°C under pressure of 0.5 to 500 atm, and returning the temperature and pressure to normal ones. Though the pH of the reducing water is 9.0 or less and approximately neutral, it has a very low oxidation-reduction potential of as low as -175 mV. As a result, the reducing water does not cause any health problem and can be taken daily in plenty and used for cooking. Further the reducing water is approximately neutral water that can be produced by a small producing device economically, and low in oxidation-reduction potential and strong in reducing power. |
