PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a managing unit which can display how the games are going on the game machines in an easily understandable manner. SOLUTION: The managing unit for managing the information on the games on the individual game machines is provided with a display 143 which displays the identifying information for specifying the game machines to be matched with the current situation pertaining to the games on the game machine, a situation searching part which is operated to extract the identifying information on the game machine to match the various situations, an identifying information selection part which is operated to select the identifying information of the game machines extracted by the situation searching part and the CPU 141 which displays the identifying information of the game machines corresponding to the situations as given when the situation searching part is operated and displays the information on the games of the game machines selected when the identifying information selection part is operated.
