PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the weak point that a shift knob cannot sufficiently respond to a user's request because weight and gravity center position thereof cannot be changed. SOLUTION: The weight and gravity center position variable shift knob comprises a base 2 fixed on an upper part of a shift lever 1 of a vehicle, a plurality of rings 3a-3c attachably/detachably piled up on the base, a cap 4 overlapped on the uppermost ring, and a bolt for integrally connecting the cap and the respective rings and the base. The base, the rings, and the cap consist of material having arbitrary gravity, and a piled up position of the plurality of rings is variable.
