<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of performing minute management and support in home care/treatment. <P>SOLUTION: This system capable of performing the management and support in the home care/treatment is a support system for supporting the home care/treatment. The system comprises: a medical treatment site having an information communication terminal, wherein a regular doctor and a plurality of medical specialists are configured by an information network to a home care patient to carry medical guidance; a server site managing home care patient information, information of the medical treatment site, and information of a health management support service site in a lump; and a transmission means transmitting health-related information measured by the patient in home by measurement instrument to a server of the health management support service site. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
