PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electromagnetic field property analyzer, an electromagnetic field property analysis method and an electromagnetic field property analysis program improved in calculation accuracy concerning the electromagnetic field property analysis near the boundary of an object. SOLUTION: The device comprises a grid point position information memory means 2 storing the coordinates position information of each grid point, a grid point property information memory means 3 storing property value information at each grid point, an electromagnetic field property operation means 4 calculating the electromagnetic field property based on the coordinates position information and the property value information, and an output display means 5 indicating the calculated electromagnetic field property. Also, it comprises a space derivative information production means 32 producing space derivative information in place of a space derivative value of the property so as to fulfill the first condition that dielectric constant at object boundary surface has a mean value of the dielectric constant at two adjacent grid points, and the second condition that the dielectric constant at the boundary forms an inflection point.
