PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive dry analyzing element capable of determinating the content of serum neutral fat in a water-soluble specimen such as blood or the like simply and rapidly with good reproducibility and excellent in automation properties. SOLUTION: The substantially dry analyzing element for determinating the content of serum neutral fat in the water-soluble specimen is so constituted that the amount ratio of reagents are prescribed. By this constitution, the multilayered monolithic analyzing element for determinating neutral fat can be especially effectively adapted in a field which requires a large amount of specimens to be measured in a short time like clinical examination.
